INFINITY

We all entered the program armed with just a little knowledge of how the banking industry works. After a year of training, we’re all now equipped with the skills and knowledge a banker must have to be successful in this field of business, thanks to the RCBC Officers Development Program. It truly has been an odyssey of learning for us, a fruitful one.

Now, we’re no longer trainees but Junior Assistant Managers of the bank.

One of the most important lessons that the program has instilled in me is the true meaning of excellence. It is not being superior to others, but being superior to your previous self.  And as we join the different departments of the bank, we are ready to take on the challenge that the President, Lorenzo V. Tan and the Chairman, Mrs. Helen Yuchengco-Dee have given us. We will live up to the expectations of the top management, as well as our mentors, and continue to strive to be better bankers.
